Job Description

Looking for people who thrive in a challenging, customer focused environment. We are passionate about what we do and we want you to be too.

Working with the RAF, the programme will deliver a passenger transport, air to air refuelling and aeromedical evacuation capability and surrounding support service for the next 24 years. It is not simply about procuring an effective and reliable aircraft, but also requires us to cover all aspects of an integrated support service including aircraft maintenance, crew training, relevant infrastructure, fleet management and ground services.

If you have never flown as cabin crew before it is worth noting the lifestyle change you may be entering into. Working as a member of cabin crew often involves long, unsociable hours, this frequently includes duties over the weekend and bank holidays. Working as part of a close knit team and ensuring your passengers fly safely and comfortably whilst in your care is certainly one of the rewards.

Other than operational duties, you will be assigned standby duties, where you will be ‘on call’ should it be operationally necessary to utilise you if another crew member is unable to report for their duty or because of a flight delays. As you will be assigned these quick response duties, it may mean that you have to relocate, as you will be expected to report for duty within 90 minutes of being contacted.

Primarily responsible for the safety, comfort and welfare of passengers. Works effectively as part of a team and openly demonstrates a flexible, positive approach to tasks. Strives to achieve operational excellence and demonstrates this through appropriate behaviours.
